A big milestone for my health coaching practice! I A big milestone for my health coaching practice! I've received my Hormone Health Certification from @nutritionschool & I couldn't be more energized to bring this deeper level of support to the women I serve. This certification expands the way I help them reconnect with their energy, mood, metabolism and overall well being. Here's to more clarity, more compassion and more empowered health journeys! #hormonehealth #hormonebalance #hormonesupport
Morning sunshine tip#2 - eat your breakfast outsid Morning sunshine tip#2 - eat your breakfast outside! Why?
☀️Improves digestion - the outdoors put you in a relaxed state improving stomach acid production, enzyme release & nutrient absorption
☀️More stable energy - light + food = more regulated blood sugar & reduced mid-morning crashes
☀️Mindful eating - eating outdoors naturally slows your pace thus helping you tune into hunger cues & fullness to help limit overeating

Now eating a healthy, balanced meal contributes to the benefits. What was in my bowl? Greek yogurt, walnuts, pistachios, blueberries, chia seeds & yellow kiwi! Always trying to eat the rainbow every day!! Comment below & let me know what you'd put in your outdoor breakfast bowl.

Enjoyed a nice morning yoga flow outside at @easto Enjoyed a nice morning yoga flow outside at @eastontownctr this morning. Did you know that morning movement outside boosts your energy, mood, immune function, helps your circadian rhythm and contributes to your overall wellbeing more effectively than indoor movement? There's FREE yoga at Easton Town Center every Friday from 8:30a-9:30a on the square (in front of Brio!) thru September 4th. It's even healthier for you if you bring a friend! Thank you @reachwellth for inviting me! Cbus friends, comment "count me in" if you want to join me at a future class 😁
Another quick, easy, delicious & nutritious sheet Another quick, easy, delicious & nutritious sheet pan dinner! I was never a huge fan of chicken thighs but they work so well for sheet pan meals & I'm starting to enjoy them more lately. They're always juicy & don't dry out as easily as chicken breasts. 😁 with this meal I used golden beets (🫜lover here!), asparagus & julienne red peppers. I season with avocado oil, salt & pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes and you've got dinner in a snap! Trick is to use as many different colored veggies to get the most nutrient dense meal. I challenge you to make one this week and tag me in the pic you share! Happy Friday friends!!! #simplemeals #eattherainbow #quickdinner
Happy rainy Memorial Day weekend from Ohio! 🇺🇸 It' Happy rainy Memorial Day weekend from Ohio! 🇺🇸 It's been raining for the past several days & today I refused to let it stop me from getting my after dinner walk in! So I put on my rain gear and got in a mile in the rain. And you know what? It felt great! It aids in digestion, helps with your body's blood sugar response to food, helps with sleep & mood. Listening to the gentle rain was so soothing. #selfcareeveryday #walkforhealth
